The creators of Present Mode believe that phone usage is NOT an addiction. Rather, they are habits, and the great news is that phone habits can be improved (and transformed) through Present Mode’s simple formula to Be Present, yet Be reachable.

What’s more, Present Mode helps you leverage your phone to show presence to others, thereby getting more presence in return and becoming an inspiring role model for family and friends.

Present Mode is ultra simple to use. When you click the Present Mode app, you go into Present Mode. In Present Mode:

• Notifications are paused (except for phone calls)

• Auto replies let others know how to reach you if it’s important

• Present Mode’s icon over the closed screen displays your commitment to being present

To exit Present Mode, simply press the phone’s home button, and the screen opens, as all notifications flow back in.
